Kelly- Good work. I still want to see you push the watercolor more and be more exploratory with the application of the media. What can you use to add texture, to resist, or to layer? I like how you have incorporated a visual texture to the work through the words. Look at how your values and colors are balancing out and I think that this will help you ensure that you are making the right decisions. Your work is becoming more confident but I know that if you keep pushing the layering, the exploring, and the text - you will find your work will start to take a life of it's own and be more "about" something.
i cant see this up close but im assuming that you used layering. Well done, the use of text is also a very interesting nitch that you have started incorporating in your pieces. Continue to do greeaat wrok!
